I was born to a military family and have moved around quite a bit but have spent most of my life in the eastern suburbs of the twin cities. I did my undergraduate schooling at Drake University and received my Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. I have also earned credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist along with Functional Dry Needling.
I believe that the human body is a powerful machine and I am passionate about educating and empowering others to become stronger and to move better. As someone who has experienced wide ranges of physical fitness in my life, I believe education and knowledge of the human body enables a strong and healthy lifestyle.
